Contents

Ictect, Inc. presents Intelligent Content Tools (icTools), a software product based on Microsoft Office 365 to enable SMEs, Engineers and Technical Writers to contribute content to technical publications while receiving DITA XML in background. With Online and Offline authoring capabilities, we will present how icTools can eliminate content conversions and friction in organizations by providing a single source of truth for PLM and CMS systems, thus bridging the silos between the two systems.

Takeaways

Attendees will learn about a software that eliminates disconnect between PLM and CMS systems using familiar Microsoft Word editor, resulting in compliance with organizational Style Guides and automating DITA XML generation.
