ISO 23592 (Service excellence – Principles and model) and ISO/TS 24082 (Service excellence – Designing excellent services to achieve outstanding customer experiences) are the international standards which have been proposed by Japan against the backdrop of Japan’s tourism-oriented policies. In June 2021, Japanese “omotenashi” was established as a service quality model which is internationally recognized, it was also established as JIS Y 23592 and JIS Y 24082 as Japanese Industrial Standards in November of the same year at unprecedented speed with the intention of disseminating them early even in Japan. The personalizing of the provided information which is also based upon access analyses is shared in common with the service industries in the sense that the services are provided to visitors. I shall introduce the formulating that is being worked on in the quality models for the qualitative improving of the information products in the sphere of technical communication which is based upon the international standards for service excellence.
