How to become an exhibitor
Registration for tekom fair 2025 will open in March. Soon you can find the registration document here.
After receipt of the registration, you will receive a confirmation of receipt from us. After the initial planning of the exhibition hall in April 2025, we will be happy to confirm your participation at the fair.

HOW TO PRESENT YOUR COMPANY AT THE TEKOM FAIR
Stand in the exhibition halls
Present your company and products in the exhibition halls of the ICS Stuttgart. Meet existing and potential customers and give a broad audience insights into the latest technical developments. As an exhibitor, take advantage of the many opportunities to present your company and your products in a practical way. Your stand is a prerequisite for all other services such as sponsoring or participation in the Technology Days.
Exhibitors presentations
Present your products and services in exhibitors presentations either in the exhibition hall or in a seperate room. The presentations will be announced in the program booklet.
Technology Days
The successful Technology Days will again take place as an online event on November 3 and 4 before tcworld conference 2025. Participate with a technical presentation and demonstrate your expertise on a jointly defined focus topic.
NetworkingLounge and Showroom
Branded online showroom and access to all participants in the NetworkingLounge. This is how you reach your target group!

Technology Days
The Technology Days are a stand-alone event for exhibitors where you share your expertise with a broad audience. With this program and the free tickets, we specifically address new target groups and markets. Technical presentations can be submitted in German or English. Past editions of the Technology Days have been very successful, with several hundred participants. You can easily book your participation in the Technology Days by email.
