Fee and reimbursementofexpenses
Unfortunatelly, we are unable to offer fee and reimbursement of expenses. But speakers can participate the conference free of charge if the following conditions are met:
- For presentations and meetups: one speaker (co-speakers receive free admission to the conference on the day of the presentation)
- For partner presentations, tutorials and workshops: two speakers
For panel discussions, debates, debates and showcases: all speakers on the day of the event
Workshop speakers receive an expense allowance of 150 Euro per workshop session. The invoice must be submitted at the latest one month after the event, addressed to tcworld GmbH.
Absence of a Speaker
- The confirmation of a presentation refers to the person, not the company. The "exchange" of a speaker is in principle not possible. If a speaker is unable to attend, we reserve the right to cancel the lecture without substitution.
- Please note that a cancellation at short notice without sufficient reason will not leave a good impression on the conference attendees or the members of the tekom conference advisory board (in case you would like to apply for future conferences).
If the speaker is unable to attend on the day of the event (e.g. due to illness), he needs to contact the organizers on site as soon as possible. Furthermore, he undertakes to support the search for a replacement speaker.
