Contents

The design, development, and implementation of an overarching content strategy at Roche Diagnostics. We will present the main elements of this strategy - people, processes, and textual data/linguistic assets - how they were shaped, how they interact, and how the organization benefits from the strategy. We will show how we use different tools (CMS, translation solution, knowledge management platform, authoring support software, knowledge graph) and share content across deliverables. Synergies and efficiency gains during content creation and translation will be described. At the end, examples for content reuse, content governance, and AI use cases will be shared.

Takeaways

How to design, develop, and implement an overarching content strategy that serves user documentation, service information, and learning material considering different tools, target audiences as well as AI use cases.
