Ich bin ein technischer Redakteur mit einem etwas ungewöhnlichen Werdegang – ich habe als technischer Übersetzer angefangen und sogar kreatives Schreiben ausprobiert, was meine Fähigkeiten in Klarheit und Nutzerbindung enorm geschärft hat. In den letzten Jahren war ich bei Siemens tief in die Welt der Industrieautomation eingetaucht, wo ich Handbücher und Anleitungen für Dinge wie CNC-Maschinen und große Antriebe von Grund auf erstellt habe, in Zusammenarbeit mit Teams weltweit. Kürzlich bin ich zu Dometic gewechselt, wo ich mich auf Technologien für Wohnmobile und das maritime Leben konzentriere. Was mich derzeit wirklich begeistert, ist die Erforschung, wie KI die Art und Weise, wie wir technische Informationen erstellen und den Nutzern bereitstellen, revolutionieren kann.

I'm a technical writer with a bit of a unique path – I started in technical translation and even did some creative writing, which really honed my skills in clarity and user engagement. For the past years, I was deep in the world of industrial automation at Siemens, creating all the manuals and guides for things like CNC machines and large drives from the ground up, working with teams worldwide. I've recently moved to Dometic, focusing on tech for RVs and marine living. What really excites me now is exploring how AI can supercharge how we create and deliver technical information to users.
