Traditional approaches to process automation involve programming proprietary software solutions to specific problems. This is not exactly a perfect fit though for an industry as rich in variety and as dynamic as the language industry. I’d like to share with you an approach that has allowed us to master complexities such as literally millions of process variants while allowing freedom and flexibility with regards to linguistic technologies used. I’ll also share some thoughts as to how this approach could find broader application in the context of supply chain transparency on the one hand, and similarly by its openness facilitate the exchange of best practice processes within the industry.

Takeaways

Standardizing and automating your processes does not need to lead to a lack of flexibility. Learn about a standardized approach that lends itself to building flexible approaches to solving even highly complex problems.
