Contents

In this presentation, we will explore the people-centered challenges of moving from unstructured to structured content. Rather than focusing on tools and processes, we will share what it truly took to lead our team through change: shifting mindsets, building trust, and navigating resistance. Attendees will hear about the four phases we experienced, from status quo to innovation, and how leadership played a critical role in each. This is a candid look at transformation from the inside, offering practical lessons for leaders and team members driving similar changes in their own organizations.

Takeaways

Effective change starts with the people leading it. It must be prepared, tailored, and rooted in people’s needs, not just project plans.

Prior knowledge

No specific technical knowledge is required, as the presentation is not about tooling or technical processes.

Having experienced a content transformation or planning to will make it the most relatable to the audience.
