KONE started a massive development project in 2014 to replace SGML-based authoring with XML. New XML tools were officially introduced at the beginning of 2016. In the beginning of 2020 we were facing a migration into a new content management system. Why did we end up in a situation like this and how did we survive yet another migration project? And how did we do the migration from one CMS to another in just six months?
