Biography

Tiankai ist tagsüber ein Daten-Leader, abends ein Musiker und im Herzen Optimist. Er ist Autor von „Humanizing Data Strategy“ und arbeitet derzeit als Director für Data & AI Strategy bei Thoughtworks. Mit über 12 Jahren Erfahrung in den Bereichen Datenanalyse, Datenverwaltung und Datenstrategie entdeckte er eine Leidenschaft für den menschlichen Aspekt von Daten: Wie man zusammenarbeitet, kommuniziert und kreativ mit Daten umgeht. Er ist leidenschaftlich daran interessiert, Daten durch unkonventionelle Methoden wie Musik und Memes verständlicher, zugänglicher und unterhaltsamer zu machen.

Tiankai is a data leader by day, a musician by night, and an optimist at heart. He is the author of "Humanizing Data Strategy", and is currently working as the Director for Data & AI Strategy at Thoughtworks. With 12+ years experiences in Data Analytics, Data Governance and Data Strategy, he found a passion for the human aspect of data: how to collaborate, communicate and be creative around data. He is passionate about making data more understood, approachable and fun through unconventional methods like music and memes.
