This meetup intends to open a discussion on the collaboration between different stakeholders in the process of designing the user interface, creating UI texts, and writing documentation to ensure a smooth user experience and consistency throughout documentation and UI.

To kick off the discussion, we will briefly introduce our approach to optimizing UI texts within a feature-based development workflow.

Let's talk about the creation of UI texts:

  • Who is involved in the process?
  • Is customer feedback taken into account?
  • How to deal with localization
  • Do you collaborate with a UX team, and are you present in the early stages of the development process?

Takeaways

  • You will get to know different setups, experiences and approaches to create UI texts in software documentation.
  • You will gain ideas to improve and streamline the workflow and the communication process.
