Biography
Vivien Krämer is leading the Knowledge Strategy & Language Operations department at Roche Diagnostics International Ltd. In her role, she is responsible for content strategy, knowledge management, information architecture, terminology and knowledge graphs, (machine) translation and localization, linguistic quality management. She holds a Master degree in Specialized Translation from the Université de Genève and a Master in Digital Transformation from the Zurich University of Applied Sciences.

Henk Boxma is Vice President of Product Strategy at XTM International, where he drives innovation in translation technology and the evolution of localization solutions. He is also the founder of Rigi.io—now part of the XTM portfolio—a platform that provides dynamic visual context for translators. Henk holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology and has over 20 years of experience in software localization and multilingual content delivery.
