Contents

To control the carbon footprint of technical content, we must better understand what and why content is delivered, to whom, and in which formats and channels. That does not mean we need to compromise with our audiences' requirements. For example, designing answers that are easy to find will improve our footprint and will also provide a better User eXperience to our end users.

Takeaways

Discover or rediscover minimalism principles and their impact on structured approaches. Find out how good instructional design and plain language will both reduce your carbon footprint AND provide great UX to your users.

People in charge of the web content strategy and newcomers are welcome to this session.
