This hands-on workshop explores why getting good review input is so hard. Thanks to content reuse and generative AI, there will be much more content to review in the future. Can we get better review input by improving content development processes? And can we use AI to help human reviewers focus their efforts better?

Takeaways

We’ll start with a song, share our war stories, map out the review challenges, and then identify opportunities for improvement. We’ll finish off with a peek at where new technologies may help.

Prior knowledge

No prior experience required. However, the more experience that participants have, the more they will be able to get out of the workshop.

Jeanine has a strong technical background and experience in chemical engineering, power generation & control, translations, and telecommunications. She has over a decade of experience as a technical writer, and enjoys writing and structuring complex information to make it usable.

When she's not writing technical documentation, Jeanine plays with new lyrics for old songs. She also finds it satisfying to investigate interventions to help people with autism and ADHD.
