Johannes Hauser found his way into technical communication after studying physics and holding positions in research laboratories, the automotive industry and publishing. Today, he documents software and works on processes relating to documentation, customer information and language at a German cloud startup, and is involved as tekom regional group leader of the RG Stuttgart.
