- Attendee-Driven: Attendees suggest and create the topics and sessions. Simply pin your idea to the Unconference board!
- Flexible Format: There is no set agenda or predetermined speakers. Topics are decided on-site, allowing for spontaneity.

- Informal Atmosphere: Unconferences take place in a relaxed and casual setting, promoting free exchange of ideas and opinions.
