The presentation formats for the submissions can be lectures, partner presentations, workshops, tutorials, showcases, meetups, podium and interactive sessions. Here you can find more format information.
We are particularly interested in case studies, best practices, and innovative solutions that demonstrate real-world examples of effective technical communication. We also encourage submissions that address the challenges and opportunities of working in a global and diverse environment.
- Log in to "my conference tool," or create a new user account if you do not have one yet.
- Click on "Submit contribution here."
- Create a new contribution and select "tcworld conference 2025."
- Fill out all the required forms completely.
- Submit your contribution using the slider. The slider will turn green once your submission is complete.
- Check your mailbox for a confirmation email.
- Submission deadline: May 8, 2025
- Notification of acceptance: Juni 30, 2025

We provide a room with conference equipment on site. Technicians and conference assistants will be present in your presentation room to support you.
You have still questions about formats, evaluation principles or the procedure for your submission? Then take a look at the video. In this video, we went behind the scenes with a member of the conference advisory board and a first speaker. They talked about how a proposal for a presentation is developed from questions and experiences from their own practice.
You will receive regular updates from us. We will publish all relevant information for you online (timetable, hall plan, room layout, seating plan, conference ticket, arrival and departure). 3 weeks before the conference, we will invite you to an intensive briefing on your final conference preparations. Our conference team will be available to answer any questions you may have about your presentations and the conference.
