Registration and Opening Hours

You can pick up your conference pass at the check-in counter during the following times:

Early registration: Monday, November 9, 2026, 5:00 PM–8:00 PM
During the conference:
Tuesday and Wednesday, November 10–11, 2026, 7:30 AM– 5:00 PM
Thursday, November 12, 2026, 7:30 AM–12:00 PM

Starting at 7:30 AM, water, coffee, and tea will be available in Café tekom (Hall C1.1.2).

Check-in process

Please go to the check-in counter and have your e-ticket ready.
After scanning, your conference pass will be printed automatically.
Once you have received your conference pass, you can use the fast lane. No further check-in is required on the following days.

Sustainable conference passes

Your conference pass is made of recyclable material. If it gets damaged, you can exchange it free of charge at the registration counter.

Opening hours of the conference and exhibition

Tuesday and Wednesday

Conference and fair areas open from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Access for conference attendees and exhibitors from 7:30 AM
Fair visitors from 9:00 AM
Evening events:
- Lounge Evening: Tuesday, 6:30 PM–9:00 PM in Hall C1.1.2 (access restricted to conference participants, speakers, and exhibitors).
- Stand parties: Tuesday, 6:00 PM–10:00 PM in Hall C2 and Foyer C2.
- tekom Allstar Band: Wednesday, 6:30 PM–11:00 PM in Hall C1.1.2.

Thursday

Conference and fair areas open from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Access for conference participants and exhibitors from 7:30 AM
Fair visitors from 9:00 AM

Conference attendees can enjoy the evening events on Tuesday and Wednesday as part of their conference ticket. These relaxed get-togethers feature food and drinks, live music, and plenty of opportunities to network. Entry is available until 9:00 PM on Tuesday and 11:00 PM on Wednesday.

Fair visitors can purchase tickets for Wednesday evening’s event at the ticket desk. We also recommend checking out the free exhibitor stand parties in Hall C2 on Tuesday evening.

Cashier opening hours

Monday: 3:30 PM–7:30 PM for all ticket types
Tuesday: 7:30 AM–5:00 PM for all ticket types
Wednesday: 7:30 AM–5:00 PM for all ticket types and 5:00 PM–7:30 PM for social program and party tickets (cash payments only from 5:00 PM onwards)
Thursday: 7:30 AM–2:00 PM

Tip

Take advantage of pre-registration on Monday (5:00 PM–8:00 PM) to pick up your conference pass in advance and use the Fast Lane from Tuesday
To avoid queues, please take note that the check-in peak is between 8:30 AM and 9:00 AM
From 7:30 AM, you can enjoy free water, coffee, and tea at Café tekom (Hall C1.1.2)
