SOLUTION STAGE – Solutions for Your Practice
Explore the latest solutions, products, and innovations from exhibitors on the Solution Stage in Hall C2. In concise 20-minute presentations, you will discover practical applications, technologies, and approaches for technical communication. The Solution Stage gives you the opportunity to compare different solutions, discover new ideas for your own work, and connect directly with the providers afterwards.
APPLICATION STAGE – tekom Insights, AI Readiness and the Digital Product Passport. Turning Knowledge into Practice
On Tuesday, the tekom fair kicks off with a special program highlight. Under the title “tekom Insights”, tekom will introduce itself and provide an overview of current topics, services, and developments within the community. The program features contributions from the education and training committee and the Young Professionals advisory board, as well as sessions on digital technical communication and iiRDS. Together, these contributions offer different perspectives from across the tekom community – from education and professional development to the needs of the next generation of professionals and key developments in information management and technical documentation.
On Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday, the focus will be on AI Readiness (Tuesday) and the Digital Product Passport (Wednesday).
How can current trends and methods be put into practice? In 30-minute presentations, exhibitors on the Application Stage in Hall C2 will showcase concrete solutions, use cases, and real-world examples. Discover how new concepts, methods, and strategies are successfully implemented and gain practical inspiration for your own work.

WORLD USABILITY DAY STUTTGART – UX and Accessibility
For the second time, WORLD USABILITY DAY STUTTGART will be part of the tekom fair on Thursday. The focus will be on current topics in User Experience (UX) and accessibility.
The Application Stage will feature concise presentations offering practical insights, real-world examples, and the latest developments in usability and accessibility.
Discover new perspectives, gain practical ideas for your work, and exchange insights with experts on solutions that make your products more user-friendly and accessible.
TECHNOLOGY DAY
This free online event has been an integral part of the tekom fair program for many years and takes place one week before the fair. All you need is a free ticket, which you can download here at the end of September here.

GUIDED TOUR
Join the Guided Tour and discover the highlights of the fair with students and technical writers at the beginning of their careers. The tour starts with a welcome from the tekom Young Professionals commitee and the tekom executive board before taking you to key areas and highlights across the fair.
