Tobias Kreimann has nearly 20 years of experience in technical documentation, editorial work, and digital process optimization. Since 2019, he has been serving as a Product Manager at gds GmbH, where he is responsible for the strategic development of the XML-based authoring system XR.
His focus is on both the continuous advancement of XR and the integration of modern AI technologies into structured authoring processes. He combines product strategy, system architecture, and practical requirements from technical documentation to create forward-looking solutions.
A particular emphasis of his work is the productive use of large language models, agentic AI, and the Model Context Protocol (MCP) within CCMS environments. His goal is to make AI usable not as an isolated tool, but as an integral part of digital documentation processes.
In presentations, webinars, and training sessions, he demonstrates in a practical way how companies can align their authoring systems, data structures, and workflows so that innovation and efficiency go hand in hand.
