We are presenting on managing international teams. The paper is based on Sidvin Outotec Engineering (SOE), a joint venture combining Indian execution excellence through Sidvin CoreTech with International engineering standards from Metso (formed through the merger of Metso and Outotec).
Our session will explore how SOE and Metso teams manage technical documentation workflow in globally distributed teams across international stakeholders, balancing cultural nuances, time zones, and cross-functional collaboration.
