This is a presentation with a demo and showcase.

AI alone has its drawbacks in case of sequences as well as in case of trustability. But, there is a vital need for dedicated contextual information provisioning for the new workforce in the future, as the age pyramid is developing in that a lot of competent people will retire in the next 3 years.
Agents offer the possibility to automate processes, thus supporting the new workforce in their daily tasks.
However, agents usually lack a trustable grounding.
We will show how the combination of AI Agents with iiRDS is scheduling information provisioning in the right sequence and semantic dependance such that atomic actions (steps in task descriptions) only come after a serious safety requirement is met (like in railway voltage is dropping below a threshold).

Takeaways

Participants learn how to integrate iiRDS in agents and how to model information for sequencing of information dependend of the context, especially in safety related domains.

Biography

Informationsarchitekt und Technischer Redakteur mit über 30 Jahren Erfahrung im Bereich IT-Infrastruktur (UNIX, RDB und Middleware). Als Mitglied der IEC TC3 WG28 ist er aktiv an der internationalen Standardisierung von iiRDS (Intelligent Information Request and Delivery Standard) beteiligt. Er ist spezialisiert auf die Umwandlung von „statischen Dokumenten“ in „strukturierte Daten“, um die Informationsbereitstellung und -suche im Zeitalter generativer KI und RAG zu optimieren. Indem er die Lücke zwischen technischer Logik und technischer Dokumentation schließt, entwickelt er innovative Lösungen für sicherheitskritische Umgebungen, einschließlich logisch verknüpfter Informationsbereitstellung. Derzeit ist er als Informationsarchitekt und Special General Manager bei Information System Engineering Inc. (ISE) tätig.

Information Architect and Technical Communicator with over 30 years of experience in IT infrastructure (UNIX, RDB, and Middleware). As a member of IEC TC3 WG28, he is actively involved in the international standardization of iiRDS (Intelligent Information Request and Delivery Standard). He specializes in transforming "static documents" into "structured data" to optimize Information Delivery and Discovery in the age of Generative AI and RAG. By bridging the gap between engineering logic and technical documentation, he develops innovative solutions for safety-critical environments, including logic-interlocked information delivery. Currently, he serves as an Information Architect and Special General Manager at Information System Engineering Inc. (ISE).

Biography

Harald Stadlbauer ist geschäftsführender Gesellschafter der NINEFEB-Unternehmensgruppe, die sich der Weiterentwicklung der technischen Kommunikation widmet, darunter technische Dokumentation und eLearning, die intelligente, kontextbezogene Bereitstellung von Informationen.
Harald verfügt über langjährige Erfahrung im Projekt- und Produktmanagement in den Bereichen Robotik und Automatisierungstechnik und war zuletzt als Vice President Business Development im Bereich Telekommunikation tätig.
Er ist aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung von iiRDS beteiligt und wirkt an den AAS-Submodellen (Asset Administration Shell) der IDTA (Industrial Digital Twin Association) mit. Er war Eigentümer des AAS-Submodells „Intelligent Information for Use“ und arbeitet nun an der Synchronisierung anderer Submodelle mit den Metadaten von Intelligent Information for Use.

Harald Stadlbauer is General Manager of the NINEFEB Group of companies, dedicated to the advancement of Technical Communication, like Technical Documentation as well as eLearning, the intelligent context-related delivery of it. 
Harald has a track record of Project and Product Management in Robotics and Automation technology up to his role as Vice President Business Development in Telecommunications
He is actively engaged in developing iiRDS further as well as contributing to the AAS (Asset Administration Shell) submodels of the IDTA (Industrial Digital Twin Association). He was the owner of the AAS Submodel “Intelligent Information for Use”, working now in synchronizing other Submodels with the metadata of the Intelligent Information for Use.
