Gabriele Buchner holds a degree in translation from Heidelberg University and is a certified conversation designer for chatbots and voice assistants. She works at SAP SE in Walldorf, Germany as a user assistance developer, and as a trainer and consultant for conversation design and prompt engineering. Gabriele is a leading contributor to several projects focused on integrating large language models into the technical documentation process. She has published several blogs and articles on various AI-related topics, including multilingual and multicultural aspects, as well as ethical and psychological considerations. Additionally, she has spoken at several global conferences.
