Sam has been a TechComms leader for over 20 years, 14 of which have been with Cisco managing Enterprise, Data Center, and Service Provider technical communication teams. He is currently Director, Content Experience, and site leader for all Cisco Networking Technical Communications teams in India. Sam is focused on harnessing Generative AI for efficient content creation, reduced support costs, and better product adoption. He's also passionate about modernizing content delivery to address evolving customer needs, and has presented at multiple tcworld and other industry conferences in India, USA, and Germany. Outside work, Sam spends his time acquiring and playing musical instruments from around the world.
