During her career in aviation as a cabin engineer and technical records manager, Marcela realized the critical importance of user experience and effective communication in delivering technical solutions. This insight inspired her to pivot to UX design, where she now focuses on enhancing user experiences and improving content strategies to make complex information accessible and user-friendly.
