I graduated from Aalborg University, holding a masters degree in English and Social Science. I am originally a high school teacher, but changed career path by becoming a Technical Writer. I have used my teaching experience, passion for learning and drive for change to transition from being a Technical Writer to my current role of Business Process Specialist.

Within my time at Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy A/S I have helped implement our current CCMS, transitioning from Word-based documentation to DITA XML content. Especially passionated about this area I helped author our process instructions, optimize and streamline our documentation pracices and also provide video tutorials for the entire company and hosting global trainings on CCMS and DITA XML.

I am very dedicated to clearly defined and established processes, as well as continously optimizing these using digital tools such as low-code applications and chatbots.
