Dawn Stevens is the president and owner of Comtech Services, a US-based consulting firm specializing in information development strategies. In her almost 40 years of experience in the industry, Dawn has held virtually every role in an information development organization, including writer, architect, editor, instructional designer, stylesheet developer, and manager. Her experience, as well as her engineering and technical documentation degrees, provide a firm foundation for providing practical advice and guidance on all aspects of designing, creating, and delivering content that meets the needs of its audience. Dawn is also a seasoned presenter and instructor, teaching an array of public and internal workshops on structured authoring principles and serving as the host for the Content Wrangler's Let's Talk Technical Documentation webinar series.
