Monica is teaching Technical Writing at Fudan University, where she's pursuing a master's degree in Applied Ethics. She is one of the organizers of tcworld China and a Co-founder of Infomagic, a leading institute dedicated to technical communication training.

With extensive industry experience, Monica previously worked as a technical writer at Microsoft and IBM, where she led global documentation projects. She is also an expert committee member of the Technical Communication Professional Committee at the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT).

Academically, Monica is a key contributor to the textbook English Technical Writing Essentials, widely adopted in Chinese universities. She frequently lectures on technical communication at Fudan University and other institutions, and conducts professional training for technical writers and instructors.

Her expertise lies at the intersection of technical communication, AI ethics, and education, with a focus on responsible content creation, and competency-based training. Monica is passionate about bridging industry best practices with academic research to advance the field of technical communication in China and beyond.
