Biography

Mira Vogel hat einen Masterabschluss in Übersetzungswissenschaft von der Universität Heidelberg und ist derzeit als Übersetzungsprojektmanagerin und technische Redakteurin bei der SAP SE in Walldorf tätig. Sie hat die Entwicklung von Tools und Prozessen für die Softwareübersetzung bei SAP mitgestaltet und den Einsatz generativer KI in der technischen Kommunikation unterstützt. Ihr Fachwissen im Bereich Prompt Engineering gibt sie sowohl in internen SAP-Promptathons als auch bei externen Konferenzen weiter.

 

Mira Vogel holds a master's degree in Translation Science from Heidelberg University and is currently working as a translation project manager and technical author at SAP SE in Walldorf. She has been involved in designing and shaping tools and processes for software translation within SAP and in implementing generative AI in technical communication. She has also shared her expertise in prompt engineering through internal SAP promptathons and presentations at external conferences.

Gabi Buchner ist eine erfahrene Übersetzerin, Autorin und Trainerin. Ihr Arbeitsschwerpunkt liegt auf der Integration künstlicher Intelligenz in sprachbezogene Arbeitsprozesse. Mit ihrem Hintergrund im Bereich Conversational Design für KI-Assistenten leitet sie bei SAP innovative Projekte, die analysieren, wie Sprachmodelle (LLMs) und KI-Agenten die Bereiche technische Kommunikation, Übersetzung und Terminologiemanagement unterstützen können. Sie führt regelmäßig Workshops und Schulungen zum Prompting durch, um Fachkräften praxisnahe Kompetenzen im Umgang mit generativer KI zu vermitteln. Darüber hinaus beschäftigt sie sich mit den mehrsprachigen, multikulturellen und ethischen Aspekten von KI-Assistenten und stellt ihre Erkenntnisse in Blogs und auf internationalen Konferenzen vor.

Gabi Buchner is an experienced translator, writer, and trainer with a strong focus on integrating AI into language-centric workflows. With a background in conversation design for AI assistants, she leads innovative projects at SAP that explore how large language models and AI agents can support writing, translation, and terminology work. She regularly runs prompting workshops and training sessions to help professionals develop practical skills in generative AI. Gabi also addresses the multilingual, multicultural, and ethical dimensions of AI assistants and has shared her insights through blogs and talks at global conferences.
