Maris Arentzen has been an integral part of itl since 2018. As team leader in the Smart Content department, her focus is on the development and implementation of innovative documentation concepts in addition to traditional documentation. This includes, for example, digital inclusion, concepts for digital user assistants and topic-orientated structures as well as the definition of customised documentation processes.

Thanks to her experience as a technical writer, Maris Arentzen is familiar with the challenges along the entire documentation process chain and is constantly working on the development of practical solutions.
