Dia Daur is a business engagement liaison and technical support at A-Jour-Net, a company providing DITA-based CCMS integration and management services to large corporate entities' technical writing teams. Dia has been working with technical docs in different capacities for 5 years. Her projects involve legacy systems one way or another. She enjoys devising solutions that breathe new life into mature systems and improve the user experience.
