Nina Frenzel studied Technical Writing in Aalen and has been working at ZEISS as a technical writer since 2018. Her current focus within the ‘Next-Gen Service Documentation’ project is on developing a new documentation strategy, including HTML layout and iiRDS production. In addition, she is responsible for metadata management and the administration of the editorial environment in SCHEMA ST4.
