Birgit Fuhrmann is an expert in Technical Communication and holds a bachelor's degree in Translation with a specialization in Technical Communication and a master’s degree in applied linguistics with a specialisation in Organisational Communication from ZHAW. Currrently, she is a lecturer, head of team of Technical Communication, and head of Human AI Interaction Lab at ZHAW Applied Linguistics in Winterthur. She is dedicated to research and teaching in the field of Technical Communication and in the Human AI Interaction lab, applying her diverse experience from practice and science to create benefits in this field.
