After completing his studies (B.S. in Geology, Ph.D. in Natural Sciences, University of Göttingen), Michael Kollmann began his career as a technical writer. He has since completed continuing education courses in project management, infrastructure, quality management and auditing and technical documentation. He has over 25 years of experience in technical documentation and communication, as well as process optimization.
