Vita

Hans Pich holds a degree in Computer Science (Diplom-Informatiker) and has over 25 years of experience in the language industry. From 1998 to early 2026, he held various positions at the RWS Group and predecessor companies. His responsibilities ranged from operational project management and business development to strategic marketing. Most recently, as Senior Regional Marketing Manager, he was responsible for the regional marketing of the Trados brand in the DACH region.

Currently, he is expanding his technological expertise by studying Applied Data Science and AI at Stralsund University of Applied Sciences. Furthermore, he is engaged in the professional community, serving as an assessor for the language industry on the extended board of tekom, and participating in committees such as transforum and the Council for German-Language Terminology (RaDT). In his work, he combines technical computer science expertise with practical know-how regarding technological trends such as AI and terminology management.
