Vita

Yulia holds a PhD degree in communication science from the University of Technology Dresden. She writes technical documentation, helps companies build content delivery infrastructures, manages knowledge bases, and ensures that AI is used effectively and to its full potential—across all tasks, but with a particular focus on knowledge management and (technical) content creation. 

Yulia bridges the gap between technological innovation and human acceptance.
