Cornelia Sanwald earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Technical Writing and Technical Communication. She has been working at ZEISS for nearly ten years and currently serves as a Product Owner in the IQS division for the “Mira” Service Knowledge Management System, which is used by over 1,500 technicians. Most recently, she oversaw the successful rollout of “Mira Assist,” a chatbot for service technicians.
