Jordan Stanchev is a Product Manager for the DITA-based CMS used by 1000+ technical writers at SAP, where he leads projects in information architecture, metadata, and XML documentation.  An experienced instructor, he teaches at the University of Strasbourg, delivers training on API and software documentation for TCTrainNet, and has created online courses for over 60,000 learners on Udemy and Udemy Business. Jordan is also a co-founder of tekom Bulgaria, the nation's leading association for technical communication professionals.
