Conference Ticket

This year, the conference will not be streamed live, so there are no online tickets available. However, we understand that not everyone can travel to Stuttgart. That’s why we are offering a new option: the recording ticket. With it, you can watch the sessions from Plenum 1, Plenum 2, and C5.2/3 afterwards. The recordings will be available from November 20 to February 21, 2027.

Yes, absolutely!
You can book tickets now and assign them to specific participants later.

Here’s how:

  1. Go to the ticket page: https://tcworldconference.tekom.de/tickets/buy-ticket
  2. Choose and configure your ticket:
    • Select your ticket type
    • Enter the number of tickets you’d like to purchase
    • Choose whether you’re booking as a private individual or on behalf of a company
    • If you already know the names of the participants, enter them
    • If not, simply leave those fields blank
  3. Apply a voucher code (optional):
    • If you have a voucher code, enter it
    • Then click “Proceed to checkout”
  4. Enter purchaser and billing information:
    • Fill in your contact details as the purchaser
    • You may also enter a separate billing address if needed
  5. Complete your booking:
    • Accept the terms and conditions
    • Click “Confirm and pay” to complete your order

What happens next?

Once your order is completed, you will receive an email with the subject:
“tcworld conference 2026: Confirmation of your order XXXX from XX.XX.2026”

This email contains a registration code for each ticket. These codes allow the actual participants to register themselves later and enter their personal details up until shortly before the event.

Important: As the person who placed the order or as a exhibitor administrator, you can view all registration codes at any time while logged in to my conference tool under:
“Tickets > Manage Registration Codes”.

Once you know which colleagues will be attending, you can simply forward the corresponding code to them so they can register themselves.

Each person needs their own ticket. For most tickets, we offer multiple ticket purchase. This allows you to purchase multiple tickets for one day, for example.

 

Tickets are non-transferable.

If you placed the ticket order or are listed as a company administrator, you can view and manage all registration codes directly under "Manage Registration Codes".

Log in to my conference tool and go to: Tickets > Manage Registration Codes

There you’ll find a unique code for each ticket. Once you know which colleagues will be attending, simply forward the relevant code to them – they can then register themselves.

  1. After ordering a ticket you will receive an email with your registration code for the conference tool.
  2. Log in to 'my Conference Tool' or create a user account.
  3. After logging in, click on 'redeem registration code' in the main menu 'Tickets' and enter your code from the mail without spaces to redeem it. Once you redeem the registration code, you will be participant:in for an online ticket.
  4. If you have an on-site ticket, you will receive your ticket by e-mail after approx. 5-10 minutes or you can download it at any time in the conference tool under 'My tickets for tcworld conference 2026'.
  5. Please bring your ticket to the conference and have it ready for scanning at the entrance.
  6. Your participant badge will be printed.
  7. You will receive your invoice in a separate email as a PDF, to the billing address you provided.

You must create a user account to redeem the registration code. Your user account is your digital identity. This gives you access to the organization and information area 'my Conference Tool', where you can, for example, reserve spots in workshops, view recordings and retrieve your e-ticket, depending on the features included in your ticket.

Yes, people with a recognized disability level of 50–79 are eligible for a 25% discount. From level 80 or with the disability codes “B,” “H,” or “Bl,” the discount is 50%. A registered accompanying person (code “B”) can attend free of charge. Please send your request along with the relevant proof to info@tekom.org.

You have two options for downloading or retrieving your ticket:

  1. After purchasing your ticket, you will receive an email with the ticket attached. Please bring this ticket either printed or in electronic form to the tcworld conference 2026 and present it at the entrance.

  2. Alternatively, you can log in to 'my conference tool' and download your ticket under the tab 'My Tickets for tcworld conference 2026.'

Please note that you can only attend the conference if your ticket has been fully paid. Otherwise, access to the conference will not be granted.

Fair Ticket

The fair ticket is non-cancellable and non-transferable. Registration for the trade fair is binding and non-transferable. The participation fee is due upon registration. It is payable immediately via the online payment system or upon receipt of the invoice. Admission to the fair is only possible after payment has been made.

Payment and cancellation

The fair ticket is non-cancellable and non-transferable. Registration for the trade fair is binding and non-transferable. The participation fee is due upon registration. Participants may cancel their registration in accordance with the following terms:

If you would like to cancel your ticket, please send an email to accounting.tcworlddontospamme@gowaway.tekom.org. Cancellations made up to four weeks before the start of the conference are free of charge. For cancellations made after this date, regardless of the reason, the organizer will charge a processing fee of 90.00 euros. If cancellation occurs after October 12, 2026, or during the conference, the full participation fee is due, and any fees already paid will not be refunded.

In the event of a no-show without cancellation or due to a reason specified herein or by law, the full participation fees are due.

In the event of illness, the ticket may be canceled free of charge upon proof of illness. To do so, the illness must be proven immediately by submitting a medical certificate; otherwise, the above cancellation terms apply. Proof must be provided to accounting.tcworlddontospamme@gowaway.tekom.org.

Voucher codes are time-limited and cannot be combined with other promotions. You can only redeem one voucher code per ticket purchase.

Please note: Purchase on account of conference tickets for tcworld conference 2026 is only possible until Ocober 19, 2026.

How will I receive my invoice? 
You will always receive the invoice with payment information directly after placing your order separately by email from the following email address: no-reply@technical-communication.org

Can I also receive the invoice by postal mail? 
In the interest of environmental protection, we send invoices exclusively by email. We thank you for your understanding. However, if it is absolutely necessary for you to receive your invoice by mail, please contact accounting.tcworlddontospamme@gowaway.tekom.org.

In the event of illness, the ticket may be canceled free of charge upon presentation of proof of illness. Proof of illness must be provided immediately by submitting a doctor’s note; otherwise, the cancellation policy outlined above applies.
