Access and Login
No. You can either use your existing user account for 'my tekom' or 'my conference tool', or you will receive access data for your automatically created user account from our conference team after purchasing your conference ticket.
Online sessions
If you are registered for the conference, you can save a spot for sessions in the conference program, both in tile view and in list view. To do this, you must first log in.
To save a spot or Bookmark your participation while logged in – this is how it works:
- Click on Conference Program in the main menu after logging in. The tile view of the conference program is displayed.
- Search for the session.
- Click on the tile. The detailed view is displayed.
- Select Save a Spot or Bookmark your participation. You will receive feedback. The session is added to 'my conference program'.
Tip: Click on ˈmy conference toolˈ; you will see the session in ˈmy conference programˈ.
Not logged in yet? Save a spot or Bookmark your participation – this is how it works:
- Display the conference program.
- Choose a session.
- Click on the tile. The detailed view is displayed.
- Select Save a Spot or Bookmark your participation. The login dialog is displayed.
- Enter your login data. You will be logged in and a spot will be saved for the session at the same time.
Tip: Click on 'my conference tool'; you will see the session under 'my conference program'.
- Test the access and make a system check. System check link: https://zoom.us/test
- If necessary, contact your IT department. This is because the firewall in your company network may be blocking Zoom.
- If you want to limit the domains, you must allow cookies for the following domains:
tekom.de
tekom.org
tekom.12bis3.de
zoom.us; zoom.com - You can start all virtual rooms in the browser. It is not necessary to download any file.
This will give you access to the organization and information area 'my conference tool',
where many functions are available to you.
Before the meeting: Plan and design your conference visit individually. After purchasing your conference ticket, you can save a spot in sessions you would like to attend. You can also save a spot in workshops after logging in. On the 'my conference tool' page, you can see which tickets you have purchased for the conference and download the e-ticket for on-site tickets.
During the conference: You can show your e-ticket electronically on site on the day of the conference and receive your conference pass. You will quickly receive your conference program and you can also enter the online sessions via 'my conference tool'.
After the conference: Watch recorded sessions, download slides and give feedback.

Conference
Online sessions
Although the number of participants in the sessions is limited, we have ensured sufficient capacity for all participants. If saving a spot in individual sessions is no longer possible due to high participant numbers, please contact our service team.
On-site sessions
The number of participants in the sessions is limited by the available seating.
Workshops
Workshop seating is limited. Saving a spot in advance is necessary. You can save a spot in up to three workshops.
Yes. In cooperation with Stuttgart-Marketing, we have set up a special contingent for you, with hotels in various price categories around Messe Stuttgart. You can find more information here.
Yes, with the on-site ticket you also get online access to the sessions on the same day. If the session takes place on site and online, you can participate online at any time.

This year, the general meeting was be held online in October. Members will receive an invitation early.
The link to the session is visible 10 minutes before the start.
With a Spot Saved
In your personal conference program, you will see the session in the "In Progress" area. Click on the webcam icon to enter the virtual room.
Without a Spot Saved
If you would like to enter a session spontaneously, display the conference program for this purpose. Here, too, the links are displayed 10 minutes before the start of the event on the detail page of the session.
Tip: Click on the filter Live or Shortly. Select the session; you will see the function Save a Spot or Enter Virtual Room on the detail page. Click on the function; you will be redirected to the virtual room if there is still a seat available.
You can register for up to three workshops. You can do this in the conference program under the respective workshop.

An online track is a room from which all presentations are broadcast.
Conference entry on all 3 days:
- From 07:30 for exhibitors, speakers, visitors to the fair and conference participants
- Free coffee/tea available in the foyer from 07:30 a.m.
Opening hours:
- For visitors with a fair ticket from 09:00 to 18:00, and on Thursday from 09:00 to 16:00.
- For exhibitors on Tuesday and Wednesday from 07:30 to 18:30, on Thursday from 07:30 until the end of dismantling at 24:00.
- For conference participants from 07:30 to 18:00.
Exceptions: Hall C1: if participants are registered for one of the evening events until the end of the event at around 23:00.

You will find the links to the individual sessions in your personal conference program. Log in with your access data in 'my conference tool'. There, you will see the current sessions in 'my conference program'. The links will be available 10 minutes before the session starts.
Haven’t entered the session in your conference program yet? Display the conference program and open the detail page of the session. The access link will be displayed here as well.
The session recordings are available to conference attendees from November 19, 2024 to February 18, 2025. You can watch the recordings of any sessions, even if you did not participate in the session. Log into 'my conference tool'; you will then see the recordings in the following places:
- Conference program, in list view
- Event details
- 'my conference program'
