Lunch is included for conference participants (Tue/Wed 12:00 am –3:00 pm, Thu 12:00 am–2:30 pm).
Fair visitors can buy a lunch voucher (35 €) at the cashier.

Take advantage of the many opportunities to meet your peers and exchange ideas:
- OpenLap – Unconference (Hall C1.1.2): open discussions and topic-based exchange
- Café tekom (Hall C1.1.2): a meeting place for informal conversations and networking
- Foyer C1: seating areas for quiet work and short breaks
- Speed-Dating on Tuesday and Speed-Mentoring on Wednesday on the lightning talk area in Hall C2 each from 5:00 – 6:00 pm
- Guided Tour for first-time attendees: a short introductory tour through the conference and exhibition on Tuesday and Wednesday morning from 11:00 – 12:00 am. Meeting Point at the Young Professional stand in the foyer C1 (Stand number: FOY01)
- Lounge Evening on Tuesday and Allstar Band Party on Wednesday for relaxed networking after the sessions
Workshop registration
Online registration is open until 6 November 2025.
On site, you can register at the desk opposite the Conference Office.
Daily workshop lists are displayed there; you can add your name to the list or a waiting list if full.
Please note that on-site registrations cannot be listed on your participation certificate.
