Hi, I'm Marvin. I'm responsible for marketing and communication at ProjectWizards and preparing to take over leadership in the future. In April 2026, I systematically analysed 33 publicly available content and writing style guides, from Apple, Google and Microsoft to WCAG, Mailchimp and the BBC. From 1,636 rules and 321 verbatim quotes, a matrix emerged that shows where the industry agrees, where it argues and what is missing in 2026.
For over two years, we have been developing adoc Studio, the first native AsciiDoc writing environment on Apple devices. I want to make the contrast between documented industry practice and real-world implementation in editorial teams visible in my talk.
