Johannes Gottwald studied in Bamberg and worked at the University of Trier. After earning his tekom certification, he began working as a technical writer at BD Rowa and Sennebogen. Since 2021, he has headed the Department of Technical Product Information at WOLF GmbH. There, he focuses on knowledge management and digital transformation. He views technical communication as an interface between product, development, sales, customers, and service that benefits from digitalization and AI.
