Marco Hattemer works as Senior Consultant at SCHMELING+CONSULTANTS GmbH, where he is responsible for system and process consulting and requirements engineering.
His work focuses on information process analysis, process modeling and optimization in BPMN 2.0 as well as the selection and introduction of CCMS and other information management systems. He also advises companies on the right strategy. In his work, he combines analytical methods and structured models of information management processes with his wide-ranging practical experience as a project manager and system user.
