Carsten Klees, a mechanical engineer with an MBA, is Vice President of Digital Solutions at WashTec Cleaning Technology. He oversees software development, data analytics, and cloud development, and is driving the digital transformation of service and technical documentation. Together with his team, he is developing mywashtec.com into a platform that intelligently connects systems, data, processes, and information—serving as the foundation for new digital services, improved user experiences, more efficient service processes, and the practical application of AI. Previously, he was responsible, among other things, for establishing the Technical Communication department at AIDA Europe.
