Eva-Maria Tillmann is head of the Language Operations and Quality department at oneword GmbH. As Quality Management Representative (QMR), she is responsible for the company’s certification and compliance with ISO 17100, ISO 18587 and ISO 9001. She provides support and advice, both internally and externally, on the design, optimisation and automation of translation processes, as well as on interfaces and the use of technology. She is Chair of the DIN Committee for Translation Services and a member of the project management team for the current revision of both ISO 17100 and ISO 18587.
