Dr. Wen Jia holds a Ph.D. in Systems Engineering and works as a senior engineer in the electronics industry, specializing in the design and development of complex electronic systems. Since January 2024, he has served as an expert in IEC/TC 3 and has contributed to the multipart ISO/IEC 82079 series, Preparation of information for use (instructions for use) of products. He currently serves as the Project Leader of IEC 82079-4. Dr. Wen is also a member of several national standardization technical committees in China and has contributed to the development of a number of national, industry and enterprise standards, including GB/T 47230—2026, Intelligent Service—Predictive Maintenance—Data Definition and Interface.
