Martin Bock ist seit über 12 Jahren bei der Diamant Software GmbH tätig und leitet seit 2020 den Bereich Support & Learning Products. Mit umfassender Erfahrung im Kundensupport, der Softwareimplementierung und dem Projektmanagement hat er maßgeblich dazu beigetragen, das Kundenerlebnis bei Diamant Software kontinuierlich zu verbessern. Sein Motto: „Der beste Supportfall ist der, der gar nicht erst entsteht.“ Vor seiner Zeit bei Diamant Software war Martin Bock in verschiedenen Positionen im Bereich Wirtschaftsprüfung und Rechnungswesen tätig, unter anderem bei PwC und der Mittelrheinischen Treuhand GmbH. Er hat ein Diplom in Betriebswirtschaftslehre von der Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg und begann seine Laufbahn als Bankkaufmann.

Martin Bock has been with Diamant Software GmbH for over 12 years and has been Head of Support & Learning Products since 2020. With extensive experience in customer support, software implementation and project management, he has made a significant contribution to continuously improving the customer experience at Diamant Software. His motto: “The best support case is the one that doesn't arise in the first place.” Before joining Diamant Software, Martin Bock held various positions in auditing and accounting, including at PwC and Mittelrheinische Treuhand GmbH. He holds a degree in business administration from Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg and began his career as a bank clerk.
