Vita

Dr. Guiseppe Getto is an Associate Professor of Technical Communication and Director of the M.S. in Technical Communication Management at Mercer University. His research focuses on using UX and content strategy, which he uses to help people improve their communities and organizations. He has published multiple books and dozens of articles on these topics. He has also consulted with a wide variety of organizations that want to improve their user experiences, content strategies, or overall communication.
