Mit einem Abschluss in Technische Redaktion und Wissenskommunikation und nach mehreren Jahren bei Doku-Dienstleistern bin ich seit 2022 als Technical Writer bei der iba AG in Fürth tätig. Dort erstelle ich technische Dokumentation für komplexe Software-Produkte und beschäftige mich zunehmend mit UX- und UI-Themen, um die Benutzererfahrung durch die Online-Hilfe und in der Software zu verbessern.

After a degree in Technical Comunication and Knowledge Management and several years working for documentation service providers, I have been employed as a Technical Writer at iba AG in Fürth since 2022. There, I create technical documentation for complex software products and increasingly focus on UX and UI topics to improve the user experience through online help and within the software.
